These terms apply when you buy from the Texian Store at texianstore.com. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who you are buying from

The Texian Store is the official store of the Texas Nationalist Movement. It is owned and operated by Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc., a for-profit Texas corporation ("Texas Nationalist Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"), under license from the Texas Nationalist Movement, Inc. Part of its revenue is paid to the Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM) under that license and supports TNM's work.

Your purchase is a retail purchase

When you buy something here, you are buying a product from a for-profit company. Your purchase is not a donation or a contribution to TNM or to any other organization, and it is not tax-deductible. If you want to support TNM directly, you can donate at thetnm.org/take-action/donate.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. We accept your order when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock, a price or product detail on the site was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the full amount you paid.

You can ask to cancel an order by contacting us at [email protected]. Many of our products are printed to order. Once production starts, we may not be able to cancel. See our Returns and Refunds policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, all processed by Stripe, our payment processor. You are charged when you place your order.

Discount codes, when we offer them, cannot be combined unless the code says so, have no cash value, and may expire.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We do not ship outside the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Some orders arrive in more than one package. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it went unclaimed, we will contact you and can send it again once you pay the new shipping cost. Made-to-order items that cannot be recovered are not refunded.

Returns and refunds

We do not take returns or exchanges if you change your mind. Our Returns and Refunds policy explains how to report a problem with your order and how refunds work. It is part of these terms.

Product details

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors on your screen may look different from the real item. Printed and embroidered products can vary slightly in placement and color from one item to the next. Sizes vary by product, so check the size chart on each product page before you order.

Intellectual property

The Texian Store name and the content of this site belong to Texas Nationalist Enterprises. The Texas Nationalist Movement, TNM, TEXIT, and Texian Partisan names and logos belong to the Texas Nationalist Movement and are used under license. Buying a product does not give you the right to reproduce its design for sale.

Using the site

Please do not use the site for anything unlawful, try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or interfere with how the site works. We may suspend accounts that do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act or any other law that cannot be waived.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Texas, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on the site when you place your order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.
