The Texian Store at texianstore.com is owned and operated by Texas Nationalist Enterprises, Inc., a Texas corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us.

Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses when you check out or create an account.
Your order details: what you bought, when, and what you paid.
What you tell us when you contact us or use the store support form, such as your order number and a description of the problem, plus any photos you send.
Your email address if you sign up for store emails.

Payment information. You enter your card details into a payment form provided by Stripe, our payment processor. Your full card number goes to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We receive and keep limited details from Stripe, such as the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiration date, so we can show you your payment method and handle refunds.

Information collected automatically. When you use the site, we and our service providers collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages you view, and the site you came from. We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember what is in your cart, and remember your country and language settings. These cookies are needed for the store to work.

We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure how visitors use the store, such as the pages and products viewed and what is bought. It does not receive your name, address, or payment details. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, and to send order confirmations, shipping notices, and receipts.
To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds, and support requests.
To run your account and show your order history.
To prevent fraud and protect the store and our customers.
To keep the site working and improve it.
To send you store emails about new products, restocks, and offers, if you sign up, buy from the Texian Store, or have bought from the Texas Nationalist Movement's online store at tnm.me. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of these emails.
To keep the records we need for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with companies that help us run the store, and only what each needs to do its job:

Stripe processes card payments.
Our production partner makes and ships our made-to-order products. It receives your name, shipping address, email address, phone number (if you gave one), and the items you ordered with their prices.
USPS delivers packages our team ships. Your name and address appear on the label, which we buy through Stamps.com.
Mailgun sends our order and shipping emails, so it handles your email address and the content of those emails.
Our email list software (listmonk, run on our own server, sending through Mailgun) sends store emails to people who sign up, to Texian Store customers, and to people who bought from the Texas Nationalist Movement at tnm.me, which shared those buyers' names and email addresses with us for this purpose. Your email address and name are stored there and are not shared with anyone else.
RFT Media, our web developer, hosts and maintains the store and its database.
Google Analytics measures site use, as described above.
Our sign partner prints and ships yard signs. It receives your name, shipping address, and the signs you ordered.

Texas Nationalist Movement. We do not share your customer information with the Texas Nationalist Movement or its affiliated organizations.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
Account information: for as long as your account is open, then 30 days after you ask us to close it.
Support requests and photos: 2 years after the request is resolved.
Email signup: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep your address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
Technical logs: 90 days.

Your choices and rights

You can:

Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
Ask us to delete your information. We may need to keep some records, such as order records, where the law requires it.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You will still get emails about orders you place.
Update your account details at any time from your account page.

To make a request, email [email protected] or write to us at the address below. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

We do not sell personal information, including sensitive information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling. These rights are available to every customer, wherever you live.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a payment processor that handles card data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Children

The store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If we make a significant change, we will post a notice on the site.
