Introduction
Welcome to the online store (“Store”) operated by the Texas Nationalist Movement (“TNM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Store is designed to offer merchandise whose net proceeds go directly to support the work of the TNM. All transactions made through this Store are considered donations to the TNM.
By accessing or using the Store, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Store.
Eligibility
To use the Store, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By using the Store, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Donations
All transactions made through the Store are considered donations to the TNM. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances as determined by us in our sole discretion.
Products
We make every effort to display accurate information about the products available for purchase. However, the actual colors and details you see on your screen may vary. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be accurate.
Payment
We accept various forms of payment, as specified on the Store. All payments are to be made in U.S. dollars. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our Store.
Shipping
We ship products within the state of Texas and to other locations as specified on the Store. Shipping rates and delivery times are provided at the time of checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Given that all transactions are considered donations to the TNM, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion and may require proof of purchase and timely notification of any issues.
User Conduct
By using the Store, you agree not to:
- Use the Store for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Store’s backend systems.
- Disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise abuse, the Store, or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the Store.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TNM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Store.
User Liability for Incorrect Shipping Information and Disputed Charges
By using the Store, you agree to provide accurate and current shipping information for all transactions. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely liable for any and all charges or fees that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you. This includes, but is not limited to, return shipping fees, restocking fees, and additional shipping costs incurred by us to correct the shipping information.
Furthermore, you are solely responsible for any and all charges or fees that may arise from disputed credit card charges related to transactions made on the Store. You agree to reimburse TNM for any costs, including legal fees, incurred in resolving such disputes.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Store shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Texas, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
To initiate an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our registered agent at 3318 Hwy 365 Suite 243, Nederland, TX 77627. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a comparable entity, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Store after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
